Fresh Bloom + Ivy Makes
11—October 2021
This week we add a few more colourful Make by TFS print styles to our wardrobe!
Our recent shipment of Japanese prints has been flying out the door in stores and online this week! Spring is well and truly here in the Southern Hemisphere and our team have been busy with new season projects. Cotton and cotton blends are perfect for warm weather dressing, being soft and lightweight, and simple to sew with! Ella and Zosia model our Make by TFS Ivy Dress and Bloom Shirt below, made up in a couple of the new arrivals.
Bloom Shirt — Short Sleeve View
Zosia wears our Bloom Shirt pattern in a size 14, which used 2.4m of our 111cm wide Geo Houndstooth Cotton/Sateen - Ivory/Maroon. We LOVE how this looks slightly oversized with a short sleeve, Zosia usually wears a size 10 Bloom, so this shirt is two sizes up. This mid-scale geometric print is spot on for lovers of vintage-style prints and pairs well with the simplicity of our classic Bloom Shirt pattern! Tuck it into your favourite trouser, or pair with shorts or a skirt for an easy pop of everyday colour.

Ivy Dress — Sleeveless + Tie Back Neck View
Ella wears our Ivy Dress pattern in size 10, made up using 3.4m of our Iris Cotton/Rayon - Terra Rosa Mix. A statement-making large scale bloom is ideal for a full-skirted dress pattern like Ivy! We love this paired with sandals for summer days, and thrown over merino when the weather turns cool.
