Pattern — Wyn Dress by Soften Studio

The Wyn Dress features a gathered waist and adjustable drawstring, faced neckline, pockets and a back neck button and loop closure. The pattern comes in sizes AU 6 -24 and we made a size 12 for Charlotte, using 3m of our bright yellow Sateen Bengal Stripe and a Trocas Shell Button 12.7mm in Ivory. Charlotte’s body measurements sat between a 16 and 18 on the Soften Studio size chart, but based on the finished garment measurements she requested to go with a size 12 for a slightly more fitted look through the bust. We think it looks fantastic! The sateen cotton fabric has a beautiful crisp handle and was a perfect match for the Wyn silhouette, giving it a soft structure. The pattern instructions were very easy to follow, and the Advanced Beginner difficulty level is spot on. This was a super fun project and we'd highly recommend Wyn for anyone wanting a simple, easily-adjustable dress pattern!
