Prices - All prices include any GST (goods and services tax) payable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
We do not permit the use of our intellectual property by other businesses and/or individuals for commercial or industrial purposes. Intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, our photographic imagery, signage, logo and other branded print collateral.
We own all intellectual property rights in and to all Make by TFS patterns, including copyright. Our designs, instructions, patterns, and all other associated documents are sold for personal use by our customers only. All commercial or industrial use is prohibited. No garments produced from, derived, adapted, or based on Make by TFS patterns may be produced for sale or in trade. No part of any Make by TFS documentation may be reproduced or distributed in any form, including electronic or manual methods.
Governing Law
The laws of New Zealand govern these terms and conditions and the contractual relationship between us. We both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
Electronic Communication
You consent to receiving communications from us electronically and we consent to receiving communications from you electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website.
No Waiver
If we do not exercise or enforce any right available to us under these terms and conditions, it does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Severability
If any provision or part thereof of these terms and conditions becomes or is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that provision or part thereof shall be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

We use Google Analytics to obtain anonymised data about our website (such as unique visitors and the number of visits) to analyse trends and help improve our website. This anonymous data is stored by Google Analytics for a period of 26 months in accordance with its policy, following which it is deleted. Our website is powered by Craft, which uses cookies to provide a personalised browsing experience. A cookie is a small file that is downloaded onto your computer when you visit a website. We use Klaviyo to manage our email newsletter mailing list. Only once you sign up to our mailing list will Klaviyo be able to access the personal information you have provided.
