OMG these prints! A new shipment of exuberant and energizing prints has arrived in stores and online from Japan this week, and we are obsessed (to say the least). This is a truly special bunch of fabrics, modern colours with a vintage nod and all the best feel-good vibes, in soft easy-sew styles like cotton and rayon. Ella and Zosia kindly offered to model two new Make by TFS Lucie Robes, to showcase a couple of the new arrivals!
Ella wears our Lucie Robe pattern in size A, made up with 3.6m of our Iris Cotton/Rayon - Navy Mix. No modifications here! Naturally, we're loving this as a dreamy swanning-about-home robe, but how chic does it look cinched in and worn as a dress with sandals too?!

Zosia wears our Lucie Robe pattern also in size A, using Meadow Buttercup Cotton/Rayon - Pollen. We knew this colour would look fab as a shorter lightweight throw on wrap jacket! To shorten the pattern we simply took 64.5cm off from the hem, which removes the pockets and makes for a very quick sew. We also raised the belt loops by 4cm. This cute jacket used 2.5m of the fabric and will make the perfect through over for picnics and poolside in warmer weather, and is a great way to add a pop of colour in cooler months, layered over merino!
