Store managers to follow these steps:

1. Select the Bulk Sample your customer needs from the dropdown on this page.
2. Choose a maximum of one per fabric type.
3. Click Add to cart.
4. If they want more than one type, reselect from dropdown and add to cart again.
5. Go straight to checkout.
6. Enter the customers details.
7. Do not tick Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers or Save this information for next time.
8. Enter the code BULKSAMPLE at checkout - this will give you free shipping with either Courier Post or DHL Express.
9. Click continue to payment.
10. Click complete order.

Your customer will then automatically receive an email confirmation. As soon as the sample has been packaged up your customer will receive tracking details. The code can only be used once per customer.

Please note, if we are sold out it may take up to 3 weeks for a new batch to be made up. If your customer needs specific colours urgently it is best to supply them samples from the store instead. Call the online team on +64 815 0005 for an ETA before making up samples in store.
