A deadstock 100% cotton shirting fabric in a navy and white colourway. This lightweight fabric has been neatly woven in a plain weave structure. A yarn dyed gingham design made up of small scale, evenly spaced checks, created by the intersection of fine navy and white stripes. The result is a classic, crisp grid pattern with a clean, timeless aesthetic. This soft fabric has a smooth hand feel with a light, airy drape that falls easily against the body. It has a dry touch with a matt finish. A gorgeous fabric with no stretch.

Papercut Axis Dress (top and skirt separates)

This cotton fabric is dreamy, soft and so breathable - perfect for summer projects! I made the Axis Dress as a separate top and skirt but it would also be wonderful as a pair of pants or shirt/blouse. Despite being airy and light, this fabric is not transparent in the slightest. I loved wearing this on super hot days and the tiny gingham in navy went goes so many outfits to mix and match.
