How often do stores receive new fabrics and how do I find out when new fabrics arrive?
Our stores usually receive new fabrics weekly! Sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date with new arrivals.
What forms of payment do you accept in store?
Each of our stores accept most major credit cards, eftpos and debit cards.
Are the same fabrics available in your bricks and mortar stores as in your Online Collection?
Our Online Collection is a smaller, curated selection of fabrics so generally the fabric selection differs to our bricks and mortar stores. All fabrics that are available exclusively in our Online Collection will be labelled so in their product pages. Some fabrics such as Premium Merino and Exclusive Linen colours may be available in your local store, contact them directly if you would like to enquire.
How do I place a mail order with my local store?
To place a mail order, simply contact your local store via phone or email and the staff will be happy to assist!
If I place a Mail Order through my local store, can I get it delivered to a PO Box address?
No, our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address is required to receive parcels.
Can I pick up an Online Collection order in my local store?
No, we do not offer a Click and Collect service between our Online Collection and bricks and mortar stores. Our Online Store has its own stock inventory and all orders placed there are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse.
Can I request Online Collection samples from my local store?
No, fabric availability may vary between our Online Collection and bricks and mortar stores, so Online Collection samples can only be purchased online via each product page.
Can I use vouchers purchased from a store to place an order online, or vice-versa?
No, vouchers purchased in store are to be redeemed in our bricks and mortar stores only and cannot be used for online purchases. Likewise, online store discount codes cannot be used for in store purchases.
Can I redeem/collect stamps on my loyalty card for purchases made through the Online Collection?
In store loyalty cards are exclusive to our bricks and mortar stores and stamps will not be issued for online purchases.
Do you offer a wholesale fabric service?
Please contact your nearest store for further information about buying fabrics at wholesale prices.
Where are your fabrics sourced from?
Our fabrics are predominantly sourced as designer deadstock, with the exception of our exclusive milled merino and linen ranges. Read about how we source fabric here.
